There are plenty of toys, games and on-line games at our self catering gite that are suitable for all children's ages. Games include monopoly junior right up to play station 2 console and now a small selection of on-line games. We have several board games including chess and backgammon. Paper, drawing materials and paints are also available for the budding artists or just for some good old fashioned fun.
There are loads of videos and D.V.D's to watch, including Action man, Scooby Doo, Spider man, Batman, and many others. There are plenty of films and D.V.D's for the children.
There is a little play area where we have a sand pit, swings and a revolving see-saw. We have plenty of space to play in and we are sure that they will find something to keep the selves busy with.
We also have an inside children's play den situated inside a converted truck that we affectionately call "The Beast". This was an old BT engineers truck converted to motor home and now used as a play area. It also very handy for when it is raining. The countryside of Creuse and Limousin is not green and full of lakes and Etangs for nothing. It does rain here but it does not have to spoil the children's entertainment. The table and seating in the 'Beast' can be turned into a bed for a sleep over and the kids can have a bit of freedom.

These are detective type games and you have to find the objects that are hidden in a picture or a scene. You have to look very carefully as some of the objects are very cunningly hidden and then some are not. Sometimes you are just looking at the objects but can not see them. Enjoy it as we thought it was addictive when we first came across it.
